Friends,

We are passionate about protecting the Earth, so for our honeymoon we are planning a trip of a lifetime to Kenya and Rwanda. Our home base for 2 weeks will be Sarara Camp, a conservation lodge that provides funding and resources to Namunyak Wildlife Conservation Trust. Sarara Camp represents a collaborative venture with the local Samuru community, and is one of the most successful community conservation initiatives in Africa. We are going to Sarara, not only to enjoy the magnificence of the land, but also to learn more about how we can contribute to conservation efforts in Africa and beyond. If we are lucky, we might also have the chance to travel to Rwanda to see the silverback gorillas in the wild.
