“The Pre Nup Podcast” Giveaway Terms
Beginning August 20, 2024, Honeyfund (“Administrator”) will deposit $25 USD into the Honeyfund Wallet for new Honeyfund account sign-ups through The Pre Nup Podcast landing page, up to a maximum of twenty (20) new sign-ups.

The Pre Nup Podcast Giveaway (Giveaway) is open to legal residents of the US who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Honeyfund and other companies associated with the promotion of the Giveaway, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
The Giveaway is administered by Honeyfund.com, Inc. (‘Administrator’ and ‘Sponsor’), located at 2519 McMullen Booth Rd N, Ste 510-260, Clearwater, FL 33761.
The The Pre Nup Podcast Giveaway consists of 20 Prizes which consists of:
A $25 credit to the Honeyfund Wallet of the first 20 valid entries. Limit one prize per person.
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein. The Giveaway entry period begins on August 20, 2024 at 9:01 am EDT and ends once 20 eligible participants have signed up through the designated link and met the valid entry criteria (the Giveaway Period). Entries that are submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified.
To constitute a valid entry, participants must be planning a wedding and have completed all of 1) created a valid account on Honeyfund.com before the entry period ends once 20 eligible participants have signed up through the designated link, 2) must have selected “Honeyfund Wallet” as their payment method in their payment settings, 3) must receive at least one gift to their Honeyfund Wallet.
Any account suspected of being fraudulent, or any entry deemed to be in violation of these terms, as determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion, will be disqualified.
Prizes will be awarded in chronological order to the first 20 accounts that meet the valid entry criteria.
All entries become the property of the Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrant grants the Administrator permission to use the entries for promotional purposes, with or without any legally required permission of the participants or entrants.
In the event that the operation, security, or administration or fulfillment of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Giveaway is unable to run as planned for any other reason including natural disasters or acts reasonably beyond the control of the Administrator, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, the Administrator may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Giveaway and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. If the prize cannot be fulfilled due to the above impairment, the prize will be canceled.
The Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Administrator reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney’s fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to indemnify, defend, release and hold harmless the Administrator, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Giveaway, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Giveaway, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway, (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d)application downloads, (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway, the cancellation or postponement of the event and/or the flyover, if applicable, the incorrect downloading of the application, the processing of entries application downloads or in any Giveaway-related materials; or (f) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Administrator is not responsible for any prize that is not timely taken or properly redeemed by any winner, or for any prize that is lost, damaged or stolen during or after shipping.
Dispute Resolution: To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Giveaway, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, your participation in the Giveaway, or the awarding, receipt, use, and/or misuse of the prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Administrator; the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in the Giveaway), and you further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Administrator in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Official Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
